Emotional, Mental, and Physical State Awareness
We provide counseling for adults. We incorporate person-centered therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, emotion-focused therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, multicultural therapy, and process oriented psychology in our therapeutic approach.
This means exploring how the mind and body have interconnected throughout one's life. We provided education concerning the importance of healing and identifying the connections between one's mental, emotional, and physical health/state.
