45-minutes every Friday and Saturday @ 1:30 pm

This 45-minute group class will take place virtually. You will participate from the comfort of your home/office. You will have an opportunity to learn relaxation techniques, such as gentle movement, body scanning and deep breathing. We will focus on cultivating body awareness and relaxation. You are welcome to turn your camera off during the class for privacy if needed.
This small group class is for anyone who wishes to acquire skills in relaxation and achieve greater body awareness and acceptance. Intent is to acquire more skills you can use on your own every day. This class is appropriate for persons dealing with trauma as it is designed to facilitate gentle trauma release, aligned with Somatic Psychotherapy principles.
About the group facilitator Irina
Irina Kucherenko is a current intern at Mindful Solutions and has a background in yoga and massage therapy. Irina has been practicing yoga for over 15 years and is offering her expertise in gentle movement and relaxation techniques. This is a free class that is designed to be a supplemental support tool to your regular therapy. Irina is a trauma informed practitioner.
