 Therapist Qualifications/Skills:

• Strong interpersonal skills

• Excellent communication and listening skills

• Ability to build rapport with patients quickly

• Facilitating sessions with individuals, groups, or families

• Detail oriented

• Ability to communicate with compassion and empathy

• Strong ability to manage time and prioritize tasks

• Proficient in the English language

Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements:

• Master’s degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or related field

• Currently holds and must maintain a LCMHC license of North Carolina

• Clinicians must speak directly and immediately to management/Human Resources concerning any issues or submitted violates against said license
