Schedule an Appointment

Below is the link to each clinician's calendar. You will be able to see each clinician's availability. After scheduling an intake you will be able schedule follow up sessions directly on their calendar. 

Once you schedule an intake the assigned clinician will share intake documents, to include insurance information through our portal for you to complete prior to your session. Please be aware that our medical biller needs 3 business days to contact your insurance provider for information on copays/sessions coverage.
